Kiara Colon-Torres is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vigilantics, a HUBZone-certified firm that specializes in workforce training, instructional-systems development, and mission-critical support for federal, state, and municipal clients. A certified state and national trainer with more than 15 years of experience, she designs and delivers programs that blend adult-learning best practices with cutting-edge technologies—skills reinforced by her Instructional Systems Development (ISD) certification.
Colon-Torres has led Vigilantics in crafting AI-enhanced curricula, comprehensive training plans, and industry-recognized credentialing pathways for organizations ranging from the Department of Defense to youth rehabilitation services. As an accredited ServSafe® Instructor and Registered Proctor, she routinely prepares food-service teams to meet ANSI-certified food-handler and manager standards, ensuring operational excellence and public safety.
Holding a TS/SCI security clearance and guiding a company with SDVOSB, WOSB, and dual MBE/VSBE designations, Colon-Torres is trusted to manage high-compliance projects with discretion and efficiency.
